RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Goods received damaged, either before or on delivery, will be replaced at no extra cost if notification is received by TSO, in writing or by telephone, within five days of their receipt.
All goods lost in transit will also be replaced at no extra cost if notification is received by TSO, by telephone or writing, within 21 days of the date the original order was received by TSO or the date of publication of the goods, whichever is later.
All non-TSO publications purchased for commercial use are firm sales. Items will only be refunded if faulty.
Should you wish to cancel an order that you have received, contact e-support on +44 (0)333 200 2425. In most cases, TSO is unable to stop the dispatch of orders once confirmed.
Consumers (non-business customers) have the right to cancel and return any order placed, within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. In the case of audio or video recordings, or computer software, goods must be returned still sealed. If the seal is broken we will be unable to cancel an order which has already been entered into the order processing system.
TSO's acknowledgement must be sought before any goods are returned for credit - email email@example.com.
Changing your online order
Because of TSO's automated system it is not possible to cancel or amend a card order once you have placed the order online. However, if the item is temporarily out of stock it will be possible to delete your order if necessary.
